3. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
- An order is confirmed only upon receipt of successful payment and a confirmation email from us.
- We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment partner, Razorpay.
- All payment transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
- In the event of a payment failure, please check with your bank before re-attempting. Duplicate charges, if any, will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

4. Delivery & Shipping
- We currently deliver Pan-India. Delivery to remote or restricted areas may not be possible.
- Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate — we are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
- In the rare event of a lost shipment, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
